Energy Efficient Solutions

Why use Entergy Solutions?

Entergy Arkansas offers options to help all of our ratepayers use energy more efficiently.
Most of the work provides other benefits as well, like better lighting quality, reduced maintenance, and increase comfort. Whether you are a homeowner or a renter, a small business owner or a large commercial or industrial customer, the Entergy Solutions programs are here to help you.

Many wonder "Why does the electric company want me to use less of what they sell?" The short answer is "Energy efficiency costs less than a new power plant and helps Entergy Arkansas maintain some of the lowest electric fates in the nation."
If you have questions or want to find out more about our programs, visit our website, email Entergy Solutions directly or get in touch with our program staff at the phone numbers and email addresses below.

Summer Advantage Load Control
During the warmer months, higher temperatures usually mean your air conditioner and our power plants work overtime. That's why the Summer Advantage Program pays you to help Entergy Arkansas reduce its electricity demand in the summer by taking control of your air conditioner for a few hours. Your optional enrollment in the Summer Advantage Program will earn you annual cash rewards based on your participation
Residential Smart Direct Load Control
If you already own a compatible Wi-Fi connected thermostat, you can receive annual incentive payments to allow Entergy Arkansas to adjust your air conditioner set-point when demand on the grid is high.

Don't already have a compatible thermostat? You may qualify for the installation of a new device at no out-of-pocket cost.

The annual incentive is based on your optional enrollment and participation.
