3. Payment Terms
All payments for services provided by Building In Arkansas are processed through Stripe Payment Gateway. By using our services, you consent to Stripe’s processing of payments and agree to their terms and policies, which can be reviewed on the Stripe website. Building In Arkansas does not store any of your payment details.
Payment Process:
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to begin certain phases of your project. The amount will be outlined in your agreement with us.
- Installments: Payments may be due at various stages of the project and will be communicated to you in advance.
- Final Payment: Final payment is due upon completion of the project. All services must be paid in full as per the agreed terms to ensure project continuation and completion.
Any payment processing fees charged by Stripe are the responsibility of the user unless otherwise specified in your contract.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds for services rendered are not available once project work has commenced unless otherwise stated in your specific contract. If a cancellation request is received before any service has begun, Building In Arkansas may issue a refund minus any transaction fees incurred.

All designs, plans, logos, and content created or provided by Building In Arkansas are the intellectual property of Building In Arkansas unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials is prohibited.

Building In Arkansas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We are not responsible for unforeseen issues or damages arising from third-party services or the Stripe Payment Gateway.
